How to Alter Pivot Table Structures in Excel

To change the format of a table on an Insight Excel Report, the Pivot Table needs to be altered.

To view the Pivot Table Field List in Excel:

1. Right-click anywhere on the Pivot Table

   

2. Click on 'Show Field List'

   This will bring up the Pivot Table Field List on the right. Fields can be added or removed as well as moved around.

   Fields in the 'Column Labels' box will be displayed from left to right.

   Fields in the 'Row Labels' box will be displayed from top to bottom.
