To add a Timesheet Administrator, follow these steps:
Note: Untick the 'Timesht. Admin' checkbox to remove the role from the employee. Caution should be taken when removing the Timesheet Administrator role from an employee that has Timesheet Users assigned to them. Timesheet Users should be reassigned before the Timesheet Administrator's role is removed from the employee.
You can setup a backup Timesheet Administrator (someone who can approve timesheets when the normal administrator is on leave) from Setup > Timesheet Options > Backup TS Admins.
Again, Press the 'Add' button, choose the names and press 'Save'.
To assign Tmesheet Users to an Administrator, follow these steps:
Grab a cell, press Ctrl and drag its value over other cells. It will copy the value over the cells you dragged over (which are highlighted in yellow as shown below). This is useful when a lot of people need to be re-assigned to a different administrator – simply sort by Timesheet Administrator (click on the up-arrow next in the Timesheet Administrator heading), change the top cell and copy the change as described above and shown below.
