Setting up the Operating Costs

To enter the Monthly Operating Cost:

• Go to Setup -> Company, Operating Cost tab
• Enter the operating cost for the applicable month
• Save changes

If an Operating Cost is not specified, the default Overhead Multiplier will be used to calculate an estimate of the Operating Cost based by multiplying the total Cost of Time recorded in a month by the Overhead Multiplier. It is defaulted to 2 but can be changed in the box as shown below.
