This score relates to the number of hours you have logged against clients, vs the number of target hours you are normally supposed to log against clients, if applicable.
Note:The time logged against a Client Product, Job or Job Task is by nature recorded against the Client to which it belongs.
In the feedback summary above, the target for this score is shown as 33 hours,(your target may differ depending on your agreement with your employer). This means that the person should normally log 33 hours against clients for the week to achieve a score of 100. Hours logged against internal tasks are ignored when calculating this score.
The score gets calculated by summing the hours you logged for clients as a percentage of the number of hours you were supposed to log for clients. In the example above, the person logged 16 hours for clients (less than the target of 33 hours), the score is then calculated as (16 / 33) * 100 = 48.5. The result is then rounded to 49.
The icon displayed for the score you have achieved is as follows:
Note: These thresholds can be customised.
Each of the scores in the feedback summary is not of equal importance to your employer and for this reason each score is allocated a weighting. If a score is important to your employer, the score's weight will be higher than the weight of the other scores.
The Weighted Score is calculated by applying the weight of the score to the score achieved. In the example above the hours logged for clients has been allocated a weight of 10 (which is a low weight when compared to the rest of the scores). In this example the Weighted Score is calculated as (49 / 100) x 10 = 4.9. The result is then rounded to 5.
