Timesheet Administrator Approval Alert

At 10am on Tuesday mornings, Timesheet Administrators will receive an alert email listing their staff with timesheets to be approved.
No email is sent if all their staff timesheets are approved.

Approval of timesheets is the key to ensuring that time is recorded accurately and on time. No approval reflects badly on the employee and administrator's staff records. As a rule it is better to mark incomplete timesheets with a cross, since this shows that incomplete timesheets are not acceptable. The approval can be changed at any time during the remainder of the approval week.
