On Monday morning at 10am relevant staff will receive an email message if they have not yet reached their target for hours logged for the previous week.
The alert displays Target vs. Actual Hours logged and the employee's daily timesheet target. It also shows which days are short on Target Hours and a summary of how times were logged by the employee.
Approval normally begins at 4pm on Monday. Staff who are short on their timesheet target hours should complete their timesheets before then. A record is kept of timesheets that are incomplete at this time.
