How to Create Report Filters

• Go to the relevant Report menu category (Financial/Timesheet/Job & Task) and select the "All" option
• Expand the relevant Report Category and Report Name
• 
• To create a new filter, click on the 'Next >' link
• Choose the necessary filter settings
• 

Tip


Use also to include additional results.
This can be done by clicking on the plus sign.

To remove an additional result, enter {All} as the value.
Another option is to use the wildcard symbol '%' to include similar results.
For example:
• Wave% : includes all campaigns starting with Wave.
• %Wave : includes all campaigns ending with Wave.
• %Wave%: includes all campaigns that contains Wave.

• Click 'Save As'
• Give the Filter a name and click 'OK'

The newly created Filter will now be part of the Report list

To schedule the Report, click on the 'Schedule' icon and follow the steps described in the How to Schedule Reports guide

Filters can be deleted by clicking on the 'Delete' icon X
